Aspergillus Galactomannan IgG Antibody Rapid Test Cassette
Aspergillus Galactomannan IgG Antibody Rapid Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Aspergillus Galactomannan IgG Antibody in human serum in vitro. The test results are intended to aid in the diagnosis of Aspergillus Galactomannan infection in people.
Galactomannan is a component of the cell wall of Aspergillus, which is released into the external environment as the mold grows. Detecting the presence of galactomannan in human blood has been used to diagnose invasive Aspergillus infection.
The main site of Aspergillus infection is concentrated in the lungs, which can cause invasive Aspergillus in the lungs. The diagnosis of whether Aspergillus colonizes or grows invasively in the lungs depends on whether it synthesizes GM. GM experiments can often obtain positive results 5-8 days before the onset of clinical symptoms in patients, and can also detect serum, cerebrospinal fluid, alveoli, and broncholavage fluid, which can advance the diagnosis.
