Creates a BioRead object from NGS sequencing read data stored in an FASTQ or SAM file. A BioRead object stores sequencing read data, such as sequence headers and nucleotide sequences, in a MATLAB structure. The object keeps the data in memory, and you can access it through its property list. If you set ‘InMemory’ to False, BioRead does not keep the data in memory, but instead accesses it through an index file. You can use bioread object properties and functions to explore, access, filter, and manipulate your sequencing read data.
